On Tuesday 6th March, the English Asian Business Awards were held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester. The event recognised the outstanding business achievements of England’s Asian communities. Irfan Younis, Director for the event organisers, Oceanic Consulting, said “This is the first year we have held these awards and we have certainly set a high standard for ourselves to meet in the years to come. The London School of Pharmacy Girls have put together yet another fashion show, showcasing global styles at a Ladies Only afternoon of food, entertainment, stalls and most importantly, FASHION!!

The Global Infusion catwalk will be beautified by six artists from the UK's No.1 Makeup Artist Training Academy, Lubna Rafiq Academy, and will be held at LSOP's Brunswick Square campus (near Russell Square tube station).

All funds raised by ticket sales and stall revenues will be donated to Islamic Relief to support their Orphans around the Globe programmes.

International Asian Fashion Awards

The event has been created to honor the creativity of prominent Asian artists who have been an integral part of the fashion arena; it will also draw attention to the stars of the future, currently developing their skills.

IAFA will shine the international spotlight on the multimillion dollar ethnic fashion industry, creating a platform for stylists, designers and artists in the Asian fashion industry to exhibit their work to millions across the globe.

It's that time again! The School of Pharmacy Girls have organised another charity event this year as part of Charity Week, supporting Orphans around the World.

The event is in the form of a ladies only dinner @ Zain's Restaurant & Grill in Mile End on 30th October 2011, with lots of activities and stalls for all attendees, an auction, and of course LRA Trained Artists providing makeup services on the day.

All funds raised will be donated to Islamic Relief to support their Orphans around the World campaigns.

This event is open to the public (LADIES ONLY), and the organisers are expecting a turn out of around 100 attendees.
